Installation

Health Pro - Calorie, Water Intake and BMI Calculator WordPress Plugin installation doesn’t differ from any other plugin installation process, so you might be familiar with this process already. If not, please follow instructions below. The zip you have received from code canyon, please unzip it and then you will see 2 folders.

Navigate to Upload folder >> Plugin. Inside the Plugin folder, you will get plugin zip file named "fitness-calculator.zip".

Steps of Installation

Step 1 Login to your website (WordPress admin) .

Step 2 Navigate to Plugins >> Click on Add New.

Step 3 Click on Upload Plugin button.

Step 4 Browse to the fitness-calculator.zip file and choose that file.

Step 5 Click “Install Now” button and wait while plugin is uploaded on your server.

Step 6 Now, Activate the plugin by clicking on "Activate Plugin" button.

Step 7: Once it will get Activated you will see Fitness Calculator on WordPress dashboard.

Plugin Options

General Settings

General Settings enables you to customize the color settings like Primary Color, Title, Text, Backgroound, Input BG, Input, and Border Color. Enter redirect URL. You can also use plugin font family by enabling the option.

BMI Calculator

With BMI Calculator option you can enter BMI form title, enable/disable the BMI and BFP calculator status, Body Fat status, Ideal Weight Status. You can also customize it to show in 1 column or 2 columns. If 1 column section is enabled then output will show in 1 column.

You can use this shortcode [fc-bmi-cal] to call BMI calculator on any page. In this calculator user needs to enter Age, Height (in foot, inch or cm), weight (in kg or lbs) and select gender then after performing calculation it will show BMI value.

Note The BMI calculator results will show, if all the Status are enabled.

Water Intake Calculator

This setting allows you to enter form title. You can use this shortcode [fc-water-intake] to call Water Intake calculator on any page. This calculator will asks for age, gender, Height (in foot, inch or cm), weight (in kg or lbs), Gender, Season, and Activity Level. After calculating values it will show the water intake level one should have to take.
